What is the regenerative revolution?

Our first Farming Matters conference in 2021 was an enjoyable and successful event. On 25-27 March 2024, our second Farming Matters conference will bring multiple sectors together for the first time, to to explore the links between regenerative agriculture, consumer products, market commitments and government policy.


Today, farmers are embracing regenerative practices, consumers are calling for verifiably responsible produce, businesses must back up their ESG credentials, and governments need sustainable policies in agriculture.

Farming Matters 2024 is joining the dots between these different sectors, to start the process of understanding and managing environmental challenges in a holistic way. We are building understanding of the market and policy linkages around regenerative agriculture and produce, and will examine:


Attendance Snapshot

At least 400 delegates are expected in Canberra for the conference, including farmers, consumer groups, business and government policy makers, as well as international delegates involved in the regenerative revolution.

We are also working with Young Farmers Connect, a not-for-profit organisation for providing resources and community for young farmers and offering sponsors the chance to assist young farmers attend the conference, to help grow the next generation of agriculture.
